The Opportunity

Cobble is looking for a creative, organised recruit to help us build momentum, grow our online presence, and generate excitement around the Cobble experience.

This is a freelance, part-time role for someone who's confident with content creation, familiar with TikTok and Instagram Reels, and happy jumping between fieldwork, scheduling posts, and getting creative with marketing ideas. You might already have professional experience running social accounts – or you might be a content-savvy creative with a strong personal presence. Either way, you're someone who gets how digital storytelling works.

You'll be joining us at an exciting time as we begin expanding our user base and ramp up our public profile.

What You'll Do


• Create, edit, and post social content – especially Reels and TikToks


• Film and gather footage around London to support content creation


• Schedule and publish across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Twitter/X, Facebook)


• Respond to DMs, comments, and emails in a friendly and consistent tone


• Assist with community engagement and flyering when needed

The Role

This isn't just about running social media - it's about shaping how the world sees MANTA. You'll take ownership of our digital presence, telling our story across channels, growing our community, and making sure our website and marketing deliver the same care and quality as our products.

Working closely with the founder and team, you'll be at the heart of campaigns that bring new products to life, grow our retail partnerships, and inspire confidence in customers worldwide.

What You'll Do

  • Lead our social media channels (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook) with creative, video-led content
  • Drive influencer campaigns, product launches, and seasonal promotions
  • Manage our website - updating content, products, and customer journey
  • Run email marketing campaigns (Klaviyo experience a bonus)
  • Support sales with marketing materials that inspire both consumers and retail partners

About You

  • 1–3 years' experience in social media, marketing, or e-commerce
  • Creative eye with strong copywriting & storytelling skills with good attention to detail
  • Passion for beauty, haircare & wellness
  • Organised, proactive, and hungry to grow with a brand making waves globally
  • Comfortable working independently but love being part of a close-knit team

Social Media Marketing Specialist

Overview

We are seeking a creative and driven Social Media Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective social media strategies that enhance our brand presence and client acquisition. You will work closely with various departments to ensure that our social media efforts align with overall marketing objectives and public relations initiatives.

Duties

*** Participate in on-camera appearances for social media videos, presenting brand-related content in a professional, engaging, and authentic manner that resonates with the target audience

  • Develop and execute engaging social media content across various platforms, including Facebook, Youtube, Instagram, Threads, Wechat and LinkedIn.

  • Monitor social media channels for trends, feedback, and engagement opportunities.

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create cohesive campaigns that promote brand awareness and drive traffic.

  • Analyse social media metrics to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly.

  • Respond to comments and messages in a timely manner, fostering community engagement.

  • Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and best practices to ensure our strategies remain relevant and effective.

  • Assist in public relations efforts by coordinating social media outreach during events or campaigns.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in social media management, preferably within a professional setting.

  • Strong understanding of public relations principles and how they integrate with social media strategies.

  • Excellent written communication skills with a keen eye for detail.

  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.

  • Proficient in using social media management tools and analytics platforms.

  • Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative ideas for content creation.

  • Familiarity with graphic design tools is an advantage but not essential.

  • Comfortable appearing on camera, with strong verbal communication skills, clear articulation, and the ability to convey energy and authenticity to connect with viewers.

  • visa requirement: Hold a visa that allows legal work in the UK with at least one year of validity remaining
