Key Accountabilities
- Ensuring standardization of global recruiting processes and procedures
- Developing and leading a diverse senior talent pipeline for the market that is in line with the businesses current and future requirements

- Providing market intelligence on hiring trends, competitor activity and salaries across the region
Experience and Qualifications Required
- Significant experience as an exec talent acquisition specialist
- A strong passion for driving diversity hiring
- Previous experience running a diversity program
- Demonstrable track record of hiring directly
- In depth understanding of hiring globally within financial services
- Ability to build strong partnerships with internal and external networks
- Strong influencing and negotiating skills

JOB PURPOSE: We are looking for an Interim Talent Acquisition Partner to join our growing global HR team for a one year maternity cover. Reporting directly to the Chief People Officer, you will be critical in supporting the successful hiring requirements of the business predominantly across our global sales function. You will sit in the wider Talent Acquisition function with colleagues in both Bangalore and Croydon. The Talent Acquisition Manager will support with all recruiting activity from advertising vacancies, screening candidates, sourcing and pipelining candidates using LinkedIn, managing agencies and interview arranging, and supporting onboarding activities.
