You will be joining the social and content marketing arm of the VCCP Partnership. The team are specialists in making social-first content that is grounded in native social behaviour. They live and breathe social media and have an in-depth knowledge of all existing and emerging social platforms and formats. The team do everything from creative content ideas and production through to live reportage, community management guidelines, moderation, and influencer marketing.
The Role:
This is a unique opportunity to join the rapidly growing team at VCCP as a client-facing Social Media Manager. The role is perfectly suited for someone with experience working either agency or client side in a fast-moving social media management role, with extensive B2C experience. The ideal candidate can work from our London office, with occasional travel to the client's office in Manchester.
Key Responsibilities
- Week-to-week and month-to-month planning of content to align with the existing marketing calendar, both in terms of brand/product and cultural moments.
- Preparing and sharing presentations outlining responses to briefs, summaries of live content, and content performance for the marketing teams and the wider client business.
- Liaising with client and agency side stakeholders to ensure that social media output is integrated with other channels and campaign work.
- Writing copy for social media content and ensuring that best practice is adhered to and enforced across all content shared on the social platforms.
