Requirements
- 3–5 years’ experience managing organic social media for a consumer brand (ideally in health, beauty, wellness, or customer-focused sectors)
- Proven track record of driving growth and engagement on Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook
- Experience with influencer partnerships and end-to-end campaign planning (desirable)
- Strong copywriting and storytelling skills, able to simplify complex messages into engaging content
- Confident in analysing insights, spotting trends, and adapting strategies
- Highly organised, proactive, and able to work independently
- Comfortable in a fast-paced environment and within a small team
- Willing to travel to 40+ nationwide clinics (expenses covered)
- Clear and confident communicator
