Our CREDit Graduate Program is a two-year training and development opportunity with our next intake joining us in September 2026. CREDit Program Analysts are hired for a specific practice; however, you are expected to transition between practices as dictated by business demands. In your first year CREDit analysts focus on acquiring skills and knowledge from your home practice. In your second year CREDit analysts gain exposure to other practices through a mix of classroom training and small projects or short-term secondments. Corporates and Infrastructure:
All practices provide amazing opportunities and in Corporates and Infrastructure, the largest practice covering 1,200 issuers only in EMEA, they are multifold. Our global leadership development program, Voyage, propels participants on a mentored, learning-inspired journey to prepare you for a successful career. Voyage is a full-time, paid development program. As an associate and trainee, you'll build upon the skills you developed in school by participating in real world assignments.

Ready to embark?
To become a Voyage participant, you must have graduated with a
degree
from a university or hotel school within the last 2 years ie. on or after September 2023.

Other qualifications include:

  • Bachelors degree or equivalent higher level education required (Associates degree acceptable for Culinary)

Your Impact

We are looking for a passionate and technically strong Lead Engineer to play a central role in the success of our global Engineering Graduate Programme. In this unique role, you will combine your software engineering expertise with a commitment to developing the next generation of engineering talent.

Working closely with the Graduate Programme Manager and engineering leaders, you will help shape the design of the programme, deliver technical training, and act as a mentor and coach for graduates. Key Responsibilities

Graduate Programme Design & Delivery

  • Contribute to the design of the Engineering Graduate Programme, ensuring it provides a structured and impactful development journey.
  • Support the Graduate Programme Manager in creating rotations, technical training modules, and learning pathways aligned to business needs.
  • Provide input on graduate assessment, project assignments, and skill development milestones.

Technical Training & Coaching

  • Design and deliver technical workshops, coding sessions, and best practice seminars for graduates.

  • Provide ongoing feedback and guidance to help graduates accelerate their technical growth.

Your Qualifications
