The Head of Data Science & Analytics will build and lead the team that powers data driven decision making across the business. The role will be responsible for establishing best in class data practices and analysis, improving data accessibility and enabling every business function to leverage insights for smarter decision making.


Day to day you will be responsible for leading the delivery of high quality analysis that drives strategic and operational decisions; develop frameworks for tracking performance measuring outcomes and running testing; translating complex data in clear and actionable insights. You'll be supporting product innovation by exploring and implementing new AI/ML approaches.   • The successful candidate will have at least 5 years experience in data science and analytics and will have had some previous experience managing a team.
