Head of Sales Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy aligned with company growth objectives.
- Identify and secure new retail and wholesale partnerships in the UK and key European markets.

- Build and manage the future sales team, setting clear targets and providing ongoing leadership.

The Role
Reporting directly to the CMO, we’re looking for a Director, Product Marketing to set-up and own our product marketing function.
The role will directly shape the evolution of our go-to-market strategy, translating product innovation into market demand and revenue growth. It will drive alignment between Product, Commercial, and Marketing teams to optimise product launches, enhance adoption, and strengthen customer retention. In doing so, it will enable the business to enter new markets with confidence, increase the effectiveness of our commercial teams, and maximise the impact of every product and feature release.
Main Responsibilities
- Owning the product positioning and messaging, and tailoring these for each ICP market, geography, vertical and persona.
- Working with our Product Team to craft the product story internally and get company-wide alignment on how we talk about each product and service and ensuring we neither over - nor under-sell.
- Enabling our Commercial teams to successfully market and sell our products and services through internal training sessions, and by equipping them with high quality sales and customer aids (incl product sheets with features & benefits, battle cards, sales scripts, competitor comparisons, pricing, FAQs).
- Collaborating with Product and Commercial leadership on the product marketing roadmap and leading the messaging for launches, new feature releases and enhancements for both our technology products and advisory services – as well as for the integration of new products and services through acquisitions.
- Collaborating with Product and Commercial leadership on the product and services pages on our website and working with our digital leads and agencies to optimise and refine the pages’ performance and trial new tactics to drive demand (i.e. interactive web demos, self-serve trials etc.).
- Working with the Product Team to introduce targeted, in-product marketing functionality and owning the out-of-product marketing focused on existing users to drive feature/product adoption, retention and growth.
- Reporting on and evaluating performance metrics including new product/feature adoption, leads per product, new logo and client growth pipeline and bookings.
Required Skills and Experience
- Significant experience in B2B SaaS product marketing with a proven record of delivering measurable impact across go to market activities and achieving ambitious targets
- Strong understanding of product positioning and messaging development with the ability to translate complex product features into clear customer value propositions
- Experience working closely with Product and Commercial teams to deliver coordinated multi stakeholder projects that drive adoption and revenue growth
- Proven ability to plan and execute successful product launches and feature releases across different customer segments, geographies and industry verticals
- Confidence in using cloud-based tools and digital marketing techniques to create high quality product collateral and web content. Familiarity with tools such as HubSpot, Confluence and Jira is an advantage

The Role: Lead Consulting – Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG)
The lead for CPG leads the end-to-end consulting agenda for global and regional CPG clients, driving transformation across strategy, operations, digital, and analytics. This executive shapes and delivers high-impact solutions spanning growth, SG&A optimization, omni-channel enablement, supply chain transformation, and digital commerce. The role is responsible for business development, client relationship management, thought leadership, and the development of a high-performing consulting team
Your responsibilities:
Client Leadership & Growth
- Serve as the primary advisor to C-level executives of leading CPG companies, shaping their transformation agendas and unlocking new growth opportunities.
- Build, manage, and expand long-term client relationships, ensuring high client satisfaction and repeat business.
- Lead business development, including opportunity identification, proposal development, and contract negotiation.
Strategic Transformation
- Develop and execute comprehensive transformation strategies across the CPG value chain: commercial, digital, supply chain, marketing, and SG&A.
- Guide clients in digital commerce strategy, omni-channel integration, and advanced analytics adoption to drive competitive advantage.
- Advise on operating model redesign, cost optimization, and organizational agility.
Thought Leadership & Market Impact
- Represent the firm as a thought leader at industry conferences, client events, and in published research.
- Shape the firm’s CPG consulting offerings, leveraging emerging technologies (AI, data, automation) and best practices.
- Collaborate with global practice leaders to drive innovation and capability development.
Team Leadership & Talent Development
- Build and lead diverse, high-performing consulting teams; coach and mentor future leaders.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, excellence, and continuous learning.
- Oversee resource allocation, project delivery, and capability building.
Operational Excellence
Ensure delivery of projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Drive internal process improvement, knowledge management, and risk management.
Your Profile
Essential skills/knowledge/experience:
- Proficient expertise across the consumer and packaged goods industry value chain: commercial strategy, digital commerce, supply chain, marketing, and operational transformation.
- Proven track record of delivering large-scale transformation programs for global CPG clients.
- Demonstrated ability to originate, shape, and close multimillion-pound consulting engagements.
- Proficient understanding of digital, analytics, and technology trends shaping the CPG sector.
- Experience leading and developing large, multi-disciplinary consulting teams.
- Excellent executive presence, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Desirable skills/knowledge/experience:
- Strategic vision and commercial acumen
- Deep sector knowledge (food & beverage, personal care, household goods, etc.)
- Digital transformation and analytics leadership
- Change management and organizational design
