Candidates will hold current SC clearance or be willing to undergo SC clearance checks.
We are looking for a Head of Product Management to provide strategic leadership to our customer as they look to build and improve user-centric digital services to support critical functions.
This leadership role will focus on the development of standards, practices, and skills across the product function, whilst ensuring the needs of the users are met, providing assurance around the management of public money and adherence to the highest standards of risk management.
You will also play a role within the senior leadership team, working with heads of profession to run the technical governance, contributing to Service Standard assessments, the TDA, and setting strategic direction.
Key Skills & Experience
- Proven experience in leading and shaping a Product Management function, ideally within a government / public sector environment.
- Proven in the development of Product Managers / Owners, ensuring a culture of continuous learning and the adaptation to new technology and methodologies.
- Experienced in the development of product strategies.
- Ability to help shape a Target Operating Model (TOM) for the Product function.
- Experienced in working to GDS Standards.

Information about the Program Facilitator role:
Emeritus is seeking a Program Facilitator for the Kellogg Executive Education Program Strategic Communication for Leaders. The Program Facilitator is a subject matter expert that shapes the student’s experience and guides students through their learning journey. Candidates must have industry experience, demonstrated knowledge of the course subject area, strong interpersonal skills, and previous experience in teaching, mentoring or any other instructional role. This is a great role for someone who wants work flexibility and the chance to diversify their resume with consultancy and teaching experience. This is an independent contractor position in a remote setting.
Responsibilities of the Program Facilitator role:
- Facilitate weekly office hours and moderate required discussion boards.
- Moderate and guide learner engagement during faculty live sessions.
- Support learners in synthesizing live session content delivered by the faculty (e.g., AI tools in cybercrime, GRC frameworks, deepfake detection).
- Assist with capstone assignment challenges.
- Collaborate with instructional designers to improve engagement and comprehension.
- Monitor learner progress and provide support or escalation as needed.
Qualifications for the Program Facilitator role:
- 10+ years of extensive work experience in the field of communication or any related field.
- A degree plus MBA from a top university.
- Proven experience creating effective communication strategies, campaigns etc.
- Proven experience creating, editing, and improving communication plans within an organization.
- Proven experience providing crisis communication assistance.
- Experience monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of communication strategies and campaigns.
- Proven experience developing materials for media releases and communication sessions.
- Proven experience creating internal and external communication for the organization.
- Experience providing guidance and recommendations to management to ensure communication plans are align with company goals.
- Experience supporting executive or mid-career professionals in continuing education is highly preferred.
