Robert Half is recruiting for a Business Analyst with Pharmaceutical experience to join an exciting programme for 18 months.
**This Role is inside IR35**
ROLE: Business Analyst
LENGTH: 18 Months
LOCATION: Remote - UK Based
PAY: depending on experience
About the Role
We’re a fast-growing global pharmaceuticals business who are recruiting a Business Analyst to join their Manufacturing and Supply team someone who can spot opportunities, drive improvements, and help deliver transformation projects that really make a difference.
The Role
In this role, you’ll work closely with Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain, IT, and Regulatory Affairs teams to ensure processes and systems run at their best. Your day-to-day will include:
- Mapping out and refining business processes to identify gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for automation.
- Translating requirements into clear system and process specifications.
- Supporting projects from start to finish, including requirement traceability, test planning, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Providing insights through data analysis and reporting to support smarter decision-making.
- Acting as a bridge between technical teams, end users, and stakeholders to ensure everyone’s aligned.
- Running workshops and meetings that bring people together to solve problems and deliver results.
Skills
We want someone with a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a complex, fast-moving environment. You should bring:
- 4+ years of business analysis experience (ideally in transformation/change projects).
- 2+ years in pharmaceutical or life sciences organisations.
- Experience with project delivery methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid).
- Knowledge of pharmaceutical regulatory frameworks (GxP, GMP, GDP).
- Proficiency in BPM tools (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart, ARIS).
- Strong problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
- Fluency in English.
Bonus points if you have:
- Experience with digital technologies (ERP, LIMS, MES, RPA, data analytics tools).
- A professional certification in Business Analysis (CBAP, PMI-PBA) or Agile (Scrum Master, Product Owner).
