The Role:

In this role, the Analyst, ERP Business Analysis Identifies and analyses business needs, conducting requirements gathering, and defining scope and objectives for SAP Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) applications integrated with business processes/data and IT infrastructure.
You Will:
- Work with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Aftermarket, Supply Chain, and Regional Trading Companies to ensure accurate and timely implementation of material changes and new product setups. Share knowledge and provide support to internal stakeholders regarding ERP and PLM data requirements.
- Research business requirements, developing detailed specifications, and validating the SAP solutions with business stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders such as Engineering, Supply Chain, Procurement, and Service teams to ensure the ERP system supports business processes effectively.
- Identify, propose, and implement enhancements to material master data processes. Ensure alignment with data governance standards and contribute to improving data quality, accuracy, and efficiency. Support documentation and standardisation of processes.
- Make recommendations for solutions or improvements to business processes that can be accomplished through SAP module(s).
- Support and contribute to global continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency, governance, and scalability of material data management practices.
- Create, maintain, and update material master data in the ERP system and associated PLM applications (e.g., Teamcenter), ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance. Coordinate material changes and new product setups, manage relevant data fields and pricing, and support data extension across global regions.
- Manage and maintain accurate Material Master Data within the organisation’s ERP systems, ensuring data integrity, compliance, and consistency across regions and functions to support on-time, first-time-right product delivery.
- Set up and maintain part data in the ERP system, managing critical data attributes including descriptions, classifications, and pricing, and ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant implementation of material changes and new product introductions.
- Enforce data principles and standards to maintain the highest level of data quality and reliability.
- Investigate and resolve material master data issues in ERP and PLM systems (e.g., incorrect flags, missing or inconsistent data, pricing errors). Liaise with relevant departments to clarify requirements and prevent recurrence. Provide timely support and troubleshooting for data-related queries.
- Stay informed about industry best practices and advancements in material master data management.
About You:
We’re looking enthusiastic individual to join our team! A person who is comfortable working both individually and as part of a team.
You Will Have:
- Have a good level of secondary education with a minimum of GCSE or equivalent in both English Language and Maths.
- Two Years of Experience of SAP ECC6.0
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with acute attention to detail.
- Good knowledge of SAP ECC6.0 or S4 Hana.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft suite Applications.
- A strong understanding of ERP data structures, SAP module capabilities (e.g., MM, SD, PP), and the interdependencies between business functions and system configurations.
- Proven experience in material master data management within an ERP environment. (Desirable)
- Understanding of data governance principles and data quality management.
