Accenture UK is seeking a talented Technology Consultant to join our
team in Southampton. You will work with clients across various
industries to understand their business challenges and design
innovative technology solutions that drive transformation and
value.

Responsibilities:
- Gather and analyse client business requirements and technical needs.
- Design and propose technology solutions that align with client objectives and industry best practices.
- Develop technical specifications and architectural designs.
- Collaborate with development teams to ensure successful implementation of solutions.
- Provide technical expertise and guidance to clients and internal teams.
- Assess existing client systems and identify areas for improvement.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and market trends.
- Participate in pre-sales activities, including developing proposals and presenting solutions.
- Manage client relationships and ensure client satisfaction.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during the project lifecycle.
- Develop proof-of-concepts and prototypes.
- Contribute to the development of Accenture's technology assets and methodologies.
- Lead workshops and meetings with clients and stakeholders.
- Prepare technical documentation and reports.
- Manage project tasks and timelines within a consulting engagement.
- Communicate complex technical concepts clearly to non-technical audiences.
- Contribute to knowledge sharing and training within the team.
- Support testing and quality assurance activities.
- Assist in the development of project budgets and resource plans.
- Ensure compliance with technical standards and security policies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or a related field.
- Proven experience (3+ years) in a technology consulting or relevant IT role.
- Strong understanding of various technology domains (e.g., Cloud, Data, AI, Enterprise Applications).
- Experience gathering and documenting business and technical requirements.
- Ability to design and propose technology solutions.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a client-facing role.
- Experience with project management methodologies.
- Ability to travel to client sites as required.
- Relevant technology certifications are a plus.
- Experience with solution architecture is desirable.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Experience with agile methodologies.
- Business acumen and understanding of different industry challenges.
