Full Job Description
Role: Application Support Analyst
Where the college is based (location): Luton
Duties: System support, development and integration of the main IT applications used by the Group, Primarily ProSuite and Integra, but also to cover SharePoint, Office 365 and project work.
Support end Users in daily use of the core applications and maximise the effectiveness of these applications in supporting core processes and facilitate integration between these applications where appropriate.
Provide backup technical support to the Systems Administrator for key applications used in HLG including development, support, ongoing maintenance and administration of all databases and database servers.
Hours: 37 hours/week
Salary / Rate: TBC
Requirements:
Minimum three years commercial experience providing Application Support
Minimum two years of experience as a SQL Server DBA or similar role.
Minimum one years of experience with SharePoint, and Office 365 design, implementation and support.
Start date / end date: ASAP until July 2026, MAT Cover
